All orders are usually processed and sent internationally to the specified delivery address within 24 hours upon the receipt of payment. Customers have several shipment options:

Courier delivery or registered mail will come with a tracking number, which will help track all orders. Customers bear responsibility for all import fees and taxes.
Return and Refund
If you have received a product with defects or are not satisfied with it, you may send your order back to Returns, PO Box 76091, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand. You should do it within 60 days of your purchase date. The company refunds for one opened and all unopened bottles (less shipping and handling fees). If the product is defective, the company may replace it.
