In my studio, my staff is constantly snacking, especially millennials and Gen Z’ers. From chips and flaming hot everything to muffins and cookies, snacking rules. What I’ve also noticed lately is that snacking has taken over as a main form of eating, replacing more formal, sit-down meals.
